ワインとほぼ同等のアルコール度数なので、合わせる料理の幅は国境を越え、カルパッチョやハーブの効いたサラダなどと楽しめる味わい。
小ぶりな卵形のグラスで飲むことで繊細な白い小花のような可憐な香りも感じられます。

The palate is clear. The taste, which includes an elegant sweetness, reminds one of peaches and is juicy.
Since the alcohol content is almost the same as that of wine, the taste can be enjoyed not only with Japanese food but also with carpaccio and salads with herbs.
Drinking it in a small, egg-shaped glass also gives it a lovely aroma like a delicate white flower.
